Applied Digital Learning
The Master of Applied Digital Learning (ADL) at Lamar University is a collaborative learner-centered program that embraces technological innovation through collaboration, active and authentic learning, and the creation of significant learning environments.
Why: We believe that we must inspire and prepare our learners to lead organizational change using technology innovations as a catalyst for enhancing learning.
How: To do this, we create significant learning environments (CSLE) that give our learners choice, ownership, and voice through authentic (COVA) learning opportunities.
What: We prepare leaders who can lead organizational change and drive innovation in a digitally connected world.
Synthesis Digital Learning Leader
In my journey through the ADL program, I had the opportunity to grow and evolve to become a better educator. I developed the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance learning for me as a student and for my students learning. My engagement in this program grew with each course I took since each course connected and was a critical component of my Innovation Plan.
